These Affiliate Program Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern participation in the AiPro Institute™ Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms, our website Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

AiPro Institute reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Operate legally in your country of residence

• Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unlawful marketing practices

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates:

• A partnership

• Employment relationship

• Agency relationship

• Joint venture

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of AiPro Institute.

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and access to a dashboard via Tapfiliate.

Commission eligibility depends on:

• A valid click-through via your unique referral link

• Successful completion of a qualifying purchase

• Accurate tracking via our affiliate system

We are not responsible for:

• Referral tracking failures due to browser blocking, ad blockers, or cookie restrictions

• Manual coupon use not linked to affiliate tracking

• Self-referrals (see Section 8)

5. Commission Structure

Commission details are outlined on the Affiliate Program page and may include:

• Percentage-based commissions

• Fixed-rate commissions

• Recurring subscription commissions (if applicable)

Commissions are earned only on:

• Completed and paid transactions

• Active memberships not cancelled or refunded

AiPro Institute reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

6. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly

• Minimum payout threshold: USD100

• Payments are made via PayPal / Bank Transfer / Stripe

• Refunds, chargebacks, or disputed payments will be deducted from affiliate earnings

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote AiPro Institute through:

• Blogs, websites, newsletters

• Social media platforms

• Educational communities

• Paid advertising (subject to restrictions below)

Affiliates must:

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where legally required

• Provide honest and accurate representations of our services

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)

• Spam email marketing

• Misleading claims about income, results, or guarantees

• Trademark bidding on AiPro Institute™ brand keywords without permission

• Coupon injection or unauthorized discount distribution

• Cookie stuffing or artificial traffic generation

• Using fraudulent or deceptive tactics

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use AiPro Institute™ branding, logos, and marketing materials provided through the affiliate portal solely for promotional purposes.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify official logos without permission

• Create false representations of partnership

• Register domains resembling AiPro Institute trademarks

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of AiPro Institute.

10. Termination

AiPro Institute™ may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts:

• For breach of these terms

• For inactivity

• For fraudulent behavior

• At its discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination:

• Pending valid commissions will be reviewed

• Fraudulent earnings will be voided

AiPro Institute™ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Technical failures in tracking systems

• Service interruptions

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
